Ericsson targets enterprise connectivity with streamlined 5G solutions

Ericsson has unveiled its Enterprise 5G strategy, focusing on private 5G and neutral host solutions to enhance enterprise connectivity.

The Enterprise 5G portfolio aims to simplify deployment and management through the Ericsson NetCloud Manager platform. Key offerings include Ericsson Private 5G, Private 5G Compact, and Enterprise 5G Coverage, each designed for different enterprise needs.

The solutions leverage Ericsson’s advanced radio, software, and managed operations capabilities to improve operational efficiency and safety. Simplified subscription-based pricing and enhanced pre- and post-sales support are part of the strategy to reduce acquisition costs.

The portfolio includes features like indoor 5G positioning and AIOps for performance insights, streamlining network operations.

Ericsson’s approach addresses the growing demand for secure, high-performance connectivity in enterprises.

The company also announced new networked devices to complement its private LTE and 5G solutions for reliable connectivity.
