Walrus and Veea fuse edge NVMe and decentralized storage to power AI at the edge
Walrus and Veea announced a strategic partnership to integrate Walrus’ decentralized data storage with VeeaHub STAX edge solutions.
The collaboration aims to create a secure, scalable, and low-latency data environment for decentralized applications (DApps) and AI development. VeeaHub STAX uses NVMe architecture to support edge computing tasks, ensuring reliable, fast, and secure data storage and access.
The integration enables Walrus by Mysten Labs to scale with thousands of STAX-NVMe nodes, offering performance comparable to centralized cloud storage. Key benefits include ultra-low latency storage, hybrid NVMe architecture for gaming and streaming, and cost-efficient object storage for enterprises.
