Spectro Cloud secures $75M series C to drive Kubernetes innovation at the edge

Spectro Cloud raised $75 million in a Series C funding round led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives to enhance Kubernetes management across various environments.

The company has achieved triple-digit annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth for three consecutive years and has joined the ranks of technology growth businesses.

Spectro Cloud’s Palette platform is utilized by organizations in multiple industries to streamline Kubernetes adoption and improve operational efficiency.

The funding will focus on product innovation, particularly in edge computing, and enhancing customer experience and support.

AI is accelerating the adoption of edge computing in every sector, alongside growing use of multi cloud and both virtualized and bare metal data centers to run ever-expanding workloads.

“What IT leaders need today is a modern approach to comprehensive, full lifecycle management for Kubernetes at scale, one that is optimized to support the unique needs of data centers, clouds, and the edge,” says Tenry Fu, CEO and co-founder of Spectro Cloud. “We founded Spectro Cloud five years ago aiming to make Kubernetes easy to manage and consume in any environment, and this investment from Goldman Sachs is validation of the tremendous opportunity we have ahead of us.”

Spectro Cloud aims to simplify Kubernetes management for IT operations, DevOps, and platform engineering teams. The company is recognized as a leader in Kubernetes management, receiving accolades from Gartner and GigaOm.

Co-founded in 2019, Spectro Cloud is backed by several venture capital firms and has established a strong market presence.

Goldman Sachs Alternatives has a significant investment portfolio and focuses on growth-stage technology-driven companies.
